Originally known as Boucherie Ste-Brigide, founded in 1976. This small village butcher’s shop was renamed Au Saucisson Vaudois in 2000. This name was inspired by their flagship product, a sausage recipe from the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. Their concerns while making this artisanal delicatessen was to use natural local meats, remain craftsmen as well as making products entirely gluten-free. The business offers butchery services and delicatessen.
