Companies already in place

P. Baillargeon Ltd, incorporated in 1938, holds a significant portion of the Baillargeon Group’s operating, manufacturing and processing assets, including mining equipment, a coating plant, a concrete plant and, most importantly, a quarry (gravel pit) which is the main asset at the heart of the Baillargeon Group’s business strategy.

Construction activities are administered by MSA Infrastructures Inc., while production activities are mainly concentrated at PBL, and marketing activities are partially entrusted to Baillargeon Materials Inc. The Group’s administrative services are provided by Baillargeon-MSA Inc. this corporate structure aims to implement best governance practices to establish a healthy operational distance between the Group’s activities.

P. Baillargeon Ltée and its clients operate in the Montérégie region, on the South Shore of Montreal, and more specifically in the Haut-Richelieu region.
