In order to overcome the growing problem of manpower shortages, we have set up a human resources diagnosis allowing us to question and advise companies on their HR practices. Network Meshing
NexDev’s team participates in various local, regional and international networking events. This allows us to create and maintain a vast network of contacts, promote the region’s businesses and act as a facilitator.
Transfer of business
The transfer of a company requires between two and eight years to complete the process, to allow optimal exit conditions for the transferor and to ensure the successful entry into office of the new manager. NexDev works in partnership with the Centre de transfert d’entreprise du Québec (CTEQ), which acts as a neutral facilitating actor to make the market more transparent and promote the sustainability of Québec companies.
