Les Aliments La Brochette, a 12,000 square foot plant, processes poultry products, more specifically its B.B.Q. chicken, for which they are renowned. Same recipe and same cooking type as it was more than 35 years ago. Operating under the federal government’s HACCP certification, a quality and safety guarantee, the company is subject to the most rigorous inspections from the raw material to the finished product.
Governed by the second generation of the Tarte family, the company has evolved with the same know-how and passion as its predecessors. Proud of its product, the team is constantly creating new products to offer increasingly specialized and market-leading products. Recently, Les Aliments La Brochette has added a butcher’s shop and a vegetable processing plant to its sister companies, an excellent complement to the products offered.
