The small farm at Au Gré des Champs has 65 hectares of certified organic land (by Ecocert Canada) and 30 brown Swiss cows. This rustic breed produces a fat and protein-rich milk, excellent for cheese processing. The organic certification obtained guarantees a limited use of antibiotics and hormones. Le Pont blanc, a soft cheese, won three Caseus awards in 2018.
They offer a cheese board service for various events, products for fundraising campaigns and corporate offers.
